Delivery & Returns


We put great pride and care into all our products and hope that our customers will be happy every time their shop with us. If something hasn’t lived up to our usual high standards, please let us know and we’ll put it right.

Damaged Items
We will carefully pack your order by hand in our bakery and will do all we can to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged in transit, we will give you a full refund or provide you with a replacement for no extra charge.

To return an item
If your order has been damaged, if there is an error on our part or if you’re not completely satisfied with the quality then please return your order to your nearest Cooplands shop and let us know why. We will investigate any issues with product quality thoroughly.

To cancel an order
If you would like to cancel your order please let us know by ringing 01723 58522 as soon as possible between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri or use our Contact Us form. We require 2 days’ notice of your cancellation. Cancellations which have been notified with 2 days notice will be able to receive a full refund for your order. Cancellations without 2 days notice may be charged for as the products may have already being made.


Currently, items ordered from our online shop are only available for collection from a Cooplands shop.

We are working to get a nationwide delivery option available. Watch this space!
