Why can’t I get the same special offers that are available in shop?

The special offers you find in our shops or on our food-to-go vans are exclusive to the shops. Unfortunately, we can’t honour all the special offers we have available in our shops or food-to-go vans.

How long will it take until my order is ready to collect?

Upon checkout you will be able to select the day you want to collect your order. Orders can be collected Tuesday– Saturday.

We need two days’ notice to get your order ready and delivered to shop. Order by 12pm to get your order in the next 2 working days.

When can I pick up my order?

Orders can be collected from your local shop from 8am on the day you selected. Please check your collection shop’s opening times here: https://cooplands-bakery.co.uk/locations

Why hasn’t my card been accepted?

Please check that all the card details you have entered are correct. It may be that you have not entered the correct billing address for the payment card. The billing address must match exactly with the registered address of your credit/debit card.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged for the full amount of your order at the point your order in placed and your confirmation is generated.

What payment cards do you accept?

How do I apply an offer code?

If you have an offer code to receive discount from your order, simply type this code into the ‘Do you have a promotional code?’ box shown at the right hand side of the checkout screen and click apply. If the code has been successfully applied, you should see a confirmation on screen and the details of your discount will be displayed.

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you ordered, please return the product to your nearest shop and inform the member of staff why you are returning. We will investigate any issues with product quality thoroughly.

Where can I find allergy information?

When you click to see a product, it will show you the allergy information associated with this product. As our Celebration Cakes are bespoke to each order, therefore allergen information changes depending on what you choose.

Cooplands’ does not hold any of your financial information. We have partnered with a payment service provider to ensure that your details are held securely with them.
